Loyli started in a wooden sauna outside Stockholm in the winter of 2024. Three of us had been alternating heat and cold for years, scribbling rounds on the back of receipts and notes apps that were not built for it. We wanted a single quiet tool — one that respected the practice and disappeared into it.

Loyli is what we built. A round timer that knows the shape of a session. A journal that tracks the things that matter and ignores the rest. A library of protocols written by people who actually use them.

We are a small team. We do not sell your data. We do not chase engagement. We are building the app we wanted, and we plan to keep it that way.
